What To Eat During Pregnancy


We all know that teens generally want to eat fast food and ignore healthy foods. The situation becomes even more difficult if the adolescent is pregnant, because that means the lives and nutrition of the unborn child is highly dependent on what the mother eats. For this reason, the teenage mother to eat healthy foods to take care of her child.

Being pregnant and a teenager, does not mean eliminating your favorite foods from your diet. However, pregnancy means that you are feeding for two.
